Sell Your Juice to the Grid
This building has many different means of energy production, all of which are sustainable in nature and available to the block’s population. The goal is to have a building that can generate electricity enough to support itself and its population and to serve as a repository for the tenants to add their daily individual energy production. A smart grid that monitors and regulates energy use and distribution will be implemented to oversee the city’s energy needs. This building will have a battery bank that can hold excess electricity and feed it into the citywide system as needed at a profit for the block and its residences.
